Ellen Hegarty
Principal Solicitor
Ellen is the Principal of Hegarty & Co. Solicitors. The practice was founded in 1995 by her mother, Marie Hegarty, and Ellen joined in 2005, qualifying as a solicitor in 2007 before taking over the running of the firm.
As Principal, Ellen oversees the firm’s work across conveyancing, family law, wills and probate, litigation, personal injury and its other practice areas, while also looking after her own clients.

Lisa Grace
Solicitor
Lisa is a Solicitor with Hegarty & Co. Solicitors, having joined the firm in 2019. Lisa has worked in the legal profession since 2007 and was admitted to the Roll of Solicitors in 2018.
Lisa has extensive experience in general legal practice, with particular experience in residential and commercial conveyancing, family law, probate and administration of estates, and civil litigation. She takes a practical, professional and client-focused approach, giving clear, efficient and comprehensive advice tailored to each client’s needs.

Fiona Grogan
Solicitor
Fiona is a Solicitor with Hegarty & Co. Solicitors, having first joined the firm in 2000 and rejoined in 2019. Fiona has been practising as a solicitor since she qualified in 1988.
Fiona has wide general practice experience across all major areas, in particular commercial and residential conveyancing, complex Land Registry applications, commercial landlord and tenant matters (acting for both landlords and tenants), wills, probate and administration of estates, family law, court matters and employment law.
Fiona provides a focused, client-centred service with attention to detail, combined with a practical and efficient approach.
