4. Who we share it with
We do not sell your personal data. We use trusted service providers who process data on our behalf, under contract:
- Website hosting: 20i Ltd, which hosts our website on servers in the United Kingdom.
- Email delivery: Amazon Web Services (Amazon SES), which sends the emails generated by our website, such as contact form notifications.

We may also share personal data where the law requires us to, for example with regulators or the courts.
5. Transfers outside the EEA
Our website is hosted in the United Kingdom, and some of our service providers, such as Google and Amazon, may process data outside the European Economic Area. Where this happens, the transfer is protected by safeguards recognised under GDPR, such as the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework or the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses.
6. How long we keep it
- Contact form enquiries: we keep these for 12 months and then remove them, unless the enquiry leads to you becoming a client.
- Client files: if you become a client, we keep your file for as long as required by law and professional rules. This is generally at least eight years after your matter ends, and longer for some types of matter (for example, conveyancing files are kept for 13 years, in line with Law Society guidance).
- Analytics data: kept by Google for 14 months.
